Why Weekr

A week doesn’t fail in a day.

It fails in a task moved four times, an evening lost, a habit skipped on the same day every week — and a list of today cannot show you any of that. Weekr shows you the week.

  • Tasks, habits, calendar, and reminders on one screen — seven days at a time.
  • Goals that count what each week actually did for them.
  • An honest record at the end of it, not a streak you are afraid to break.

The week

See all seven days side by side on iPad and Mac, or swipe day to day on iPhone. Drag tasks between days as priorities shift, and drag one onto a time to block it out around your events.

Goals

Set a goal for a week, a month or a year, link your tasks to it, and see what each week actually did for it. A task can serve more than one goal.

Habits

Turn recurring tasks into habits. They appear on the right days — no re-adding, no nagging — and a habit you keep most weeks still counts.

Calendar and Reminders

Your calendar sits above each day’s tasks, so you plan around your meetings instead of double-booking yourself. Tick a reminder off in Weekr and it completes in Reminders too.

Focus

Start a focus session on any task, as a Pomodoro timer or a stopwatch. It stays on screen wherever you are, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and every task keeps a log of its sessions.

Performance

Pick any week, month, or year and tap any figure to see the tasks behind it. Past days stay as they were — what you planned and what happened — and a day marked off does not count against you.

Share to Weekr, or just ask Siri

Share text or a screenshot from any app — a message, a mail, a photo of a list — and Weekr turns it into tasks, each showing the day it will land on before anything is saved. Or say it instead: “Add a task to Weekr”, then the task out loud. Weekr reads the day out of the sentence, so “call the dentist on Thursday” lands on Thursday.

Vik

And Vik, who does the coaching.

Ask about your week. Vik suggests a task, a habit or a goal — he offers a card, and nothing is written into your week until you tap it.

Requires Apple Intelligence on a supported device.

Your week stays yours.

There is no account to create. Your week lives on your device and syncs through your own private iCloud — we cannot read it. There are no analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

Plan the week, not just the day.
