Who we are

Weekr is made by Vlad Selitbovskyi and Digit Places Limited, registered in London, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Weekr app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Using Weekr

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Weekr on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also applies. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows), or try to break the app's limits or security.

Your tasks are yours

Everything you create in Weekr — tasks, habits, goals, focus sessions, settings — belongs to you. It's stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud database. We can't read it. See our Privacy page for the detail.

Weekr Free and Weekr Max

Weekr is free to download and free to keep using. Nothing is time-limited, nothing expires, and the app never stops working or locks you out. Everything you have already created stays readable and editable on the free tier, including anything created while you had Max.

Weekr Free includes the week planner, the day view, the Inbox, the Schedule, goals, focus sessions with the time tracker and Pomodoro, focus sounds, notes, steps, search, sharing text into the app, iCloud sync, and the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. It applies these limits: one connected Calendar, one connected Reminders list, up to five habits, up to three goals, this week’s completion figure on the Performance screen, and a review of unfinished tasks covering the previous day. Task reminders are a Weekr Max feature; reminders set before this applied keep working.

Weekr Max removes those limits. It adds unlimited habits, unlimited goals, every Calendar and Reminders list you keep, the full Performance history, Days Off (marking days that shouldn't count towards your completion), and the full week of unfinished tasks in the review.

Payments, billing, and cancellation

Max is offered three ways, and all of them are purchased through your Apple Account using Apple's in-app purchase system. We never see or handle your card details.

Subscriptions — currently £2.99 per month or £19.99 per year — renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, and the subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

Lifetime — currently £49.99 — is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. It unlocks Max on the Apple Account that bought it, for as long as Weekr is available on the App Store and that account can restore purchases through Apple.

The current price is always shown before you buy, and we'll give notice of any price change as Apple requires. If you buy on one platform, Max applies to your Apple Account, so it carries across iPhone, iPad, and Mac when signed in to the same account. Use Restore Purchases in Settings if it doesn't appear on a new device.

Offer codes can be redeemed in the app or through the App Store; what they grant depends on the code.

Refunds for any App Store purchase are handled by Apple under their policies — request them through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Apple Intelligence features

Some features — Vik the planning coach, matching tasks to goals, grouping your week, breaking a task into steps, and turning shared text into tasks — rely on Apple Intelligence. They need a device that supports it, with it switched on, and they are not part of what you pay for: whether Apple Intelligence is available on your device is Apple's decision, not ours, and it can change with an OS update or by country. Weekr works without them, and every one of them can be replaced by doing the thing yourself.

Vik suggests; he does not act on his own. Adding a task, setting a goal or starting a timer from a suggestion happens when you tap it. Anything he writes is a suggestion about your own plan and is not advice — professional, medical, financial or otherwise — and, like any such feature, he can be wrong. Check anything that matters. How this data is handled is set out on our Privacy page.

Notifications

Weekr can send notifications — for example at the start and end of your week, when a task reminder is due, or when a focus session finishes. These are local notifications you can turn off in your device Settings at any time. Tapping the end-of-week one opens your Performance screen.

Focus sounds

Weekr includes optional background audio for focus sessions. The tracks are licensed for use inside the app and ship with it; they are not a separate service, are not streamed, and cannot be extracted or redistributed.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, or remove features, and sync relies on Apple's iCloud, which we don't control. We work to keep Weekr running well, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Pricing and feature changes

We may change our prices, and which features sit in Free and which in Max, at any time, at our discretion. Any new price applies from the time we introduce it and never changes a purchase you have already confirmed. For the auto-renewing subscriptions, we'll give notice of a price increase and obtain your consent where Apple requires it before it takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using Weekr or, for a subscription, cancel auto-renewal.

If a feature moves from Free into Max, we won't delete or hide data you already created with it — you'll still be able to read it, and to export or remove it.

As-is, and our liability

Weekr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits, or missed tasks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use Weekr after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country.
